Shipping and Delivery Policy – Clutch Defense 

At Clutch Defense, we work hard to get your order packed and shipped as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Time
Once your order has shipped, delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days within the United States.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high shipping volumes.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already shipped, Clutch Defense cannot guarantee recovery of the package.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at Clutchdefenseco@gmail.com and we will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.

Shipping Restrictions
Certain self-defense products may be restricted in some states or municipalities. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the product is legal to own in their location before purchasing.
